Showing items 28 through 36 of 45.This Law defines the legal regime of refused agricultural lands (lands which are not accepted into use or ownership by farmers). Refused lands are considered as State agricultural lands. They are transferred to the administration of the General Directorate of Forests and Pastures.
This Law concerns the administration and protection of pastures and meadows. It defines tasks and duties of central and local State bodies in this sector and makes provision on specialized research institutions.
This Law amends Law No. 8318 on leasing the agricultural and forest lands. It consists of 3 articles re-defining land leasing conditions of the aforementioned areas and establishing requirements to be satisfied in order to obtain a leasing contract for agricultural or forest exploitation.
This Law amends articles 30-35 of law 9693 of 2007. The amendments deal with penalties issued for law infringements and their appeal process. The inspection is carried out by the Forestry Police and its regional and local units.

This Law amends and supplements Law No. 8405 of 1998 on urban planning as regards several issues.
The Regulation No. 1269 of 2008 establishes central and local state structures responsible for examining the legal validity of the agricultural land ownership titles and lays down their rules of procedure.
The Guideline No. 2 of 2010 lays down methods for the verification and examination of the legal validity of the agricultural land ownership titles by the local commissions established for such purpose.
These provisions supplement article 51 of Law No. 8405 of 1998 with regard to the fees that must be paid in respect of certain projects to obtain construction permits.

This Regulation defines the procedure to be followed and the documentation to be submitted to the local commission whenever a correction of the agricultural land ownership title is required.
