This Regulation consisting of 19 articles aims to regulate provisions on short-term and long-term plans to combat the harmful effects of dust in the country. The Regulation establishes the Committee to Combat Dust under the supervision of the Department of Environment.
The Parties shall cooperate in the following areas related to environmental protection: land protection and land tenure, protection of soil, subsoil, forests, water, air, ozone layer and climate, wild flora and wild fauna.
This Law establishes legal basis for carrying out either foreign or local investments end ensuring their protection. The purpose of the Law is to establish legal basis for promotion of investments.
Chapter one of this Law contains definitions of terms therein employed, such as: forest, forest bushes, desert shrubs, forest cover and regions, range, planted rangeland, logs and saplings. Chapter two sets out rules for exploitation and protection of the above mentioned areas.
This Order establishes that state registration of the plots of forest land within state forest fund shall be carried out by state executive bodies responsible for keeping state forest register.
This Ministerial Decree establishes that the cadastre value of land under forest stock shall be established according to the forest group, protection category and type of management, and shall be adjusted according to the annual index adjusted for inflation.
This Decree establishes the modalities of calculation of damages caused to forestry and compensation thereof. It is related to transformation of forestland in case of allotment thereof for purposes not related to forest management and/or deterioration of soil or productivity of forestland.
This Order establishes the list of requested technical documentation and the modalities of transfer of forest land to the category of unforested land for the purposes not related to forest and forest fund management.
Assessment of forest management in forests pertaining to kolkhozes and agricultural enterprises shall be carried out with a view of transfer thereof to the state forestry enterprises for the purpose of economic and ecological revaluation of forests.
