The present Law lays down provisions relating to the land of the Community.
The present Law lays down provisions relating to the use of public space. In particular, the purpose of the Law is to conserve and develop public space as an attractive habitat for the Community.
The present Law applies to land use planning of private and public parties in the whole of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft.
Article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes the “Agricultural Authority Upper Austria” which shall be the competent body for land reform in Upper Austria. The text consists of 4 articles.
The present Act regulates the ownership of land where agricultural cooperatives have made plantations. Article 2 establishes that the plantations shall be an integral part of the land passing in private ownership. Article 4 deals with compensation payments. The text consists of 7 articles.
The present Law lays down provisions relating to the protection, care and development of public green land and recreational spaces, including parts of forests. The text consists of 9 articles as follows: Definition of terms and sphere of application (art. 1); Registration and deletion (art.
Article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes that the division of forest land as a result of which a remaining part of land would reach no longer the minimum size for forestry management is forbidden. The minimum size is 1 ha and a minimum width of 40 m.
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the planning of land and soil belonging to the Land Brandenburg. Such land shall be preferably regulated by leases and building rights. In particular, special consideration shall be given to principles and aims of land use planning.
