Showing items 1 through 9 of 91.The present Act introduces some amendments to the Land Transaction Ordinance of 3 July 2007.
The purpose of the present Law is to achieve the objectives and principles of federal and cantonal legislation in the field of land use planning and construction.
The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Law relating to the Federal Agricultural Soil Act of 23 October 1994. Article 1 establishes that the Agricultural and Environmental Office is entrusted with the enforcement of the afore-mentioned Law.
The present Law introduces some amendments to the Tyrol Land Transaction Law 1996 (LGBl. No. 61). In particular, the Law amends article 4 dealing with companies and cooperatives working predominantly in the field of agriculture and forestry. The text consists of 2 articles.
Article 4 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that the agricultural land in Baden-Württemberg is classified according to the degree of erosion hazard with a view to erosion caused by water or by wind. Article 7 lays down provisions relating to measures aimed at the avoidance of erosion.
The present Ordinance implements the Land Transaction Act of 9 December 1992. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act.
The purpose of the present Law is to safeguard the public interest on the occasion of the transfer of land or parts thereof, taking into account the need to comply with the principles of a sustainable protection of the environment, nature and landscape.
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the treatment of sewage sludge, biogenic waste, biowaste, and green waste on agricultural land.
The purpose of the present Law is to safeguard the public interest on the occasion of the transfer of land or parts thereof, taking into account the need to comply with the principles of a sustainable protection of the environment, nature and landscape.
