Showing items 1 through 5 of 5.This Regulation defines technical and administrative rules and principles for preventing and eradicating soil contamination. Limited values and measures for preventing soil contamination are specified in the Regulation.
The Law provides for the survey and the statistics related to land in order to institute a Land Register, to set land levy on the basis of the surveys and to ascertain ownership's rights.
By making further provision for the registration of property and other rights on land and buildings on land, aircrafts and ships as required by law, this Decree implements and supplements various articles of the Cadastre Act.
Articles 6, 9, 14, 30 have either been amended or new paragraphs have been added. The present Law also amends new articles of the Village Law of 1924, the Law on Natural Disasters 1959, and the Tourism Incentives Act of 1982. The formation of the technical teams is re-defined.
The Regulation specifies limited values and measures for preventing soil pollution. The Ministry of Environment, together with other pertinent institutions and agencies, defines the areas and locations where soil pollution occurs and determines and implements corresponding measures.
