Showing items 1 through 9 of 13.The present Act provides for the protection of the territory of the Emilia Romagna Region by making rules on land use planning. Cooperation among the Region, the Provinces and the Communes in the field of land use planning and programming is hereby encouraged.
It is hereby laid down the regional legislative framework in matter of territorial use, management and planning. The overall objective pursued is sustainable development in the management of the regional territory.
The Act lays down provisions concerning regional planning activities as regards soil protection, control of land use and interventions for the conservation and transformation of soil. The provisions cover both agricultural and urban land.
The aim of this Act is the promotion and development of green spaces in urban areas. The Municipalities shall be responsible for developing urban green spaces within their territories, whilst a special committee under the Ministry of the Environment shall exercise monitoring functions.
These provisions lay down some amendments and addenda to Regional Act No. 56 of 1977 on land use and preservation. The amendments concern the instruments for planning the use of agricultural and urban land and protecting landscapes.
This Regional Act supplements Regional Act No. 34 of 1992 by inserting new article 26 ter, which concerns the adoption of the plan on alienation and valorization of lands pertaining to the Region, the Provinces and the Municipalities within the Marche Region.
There is hereby established the regional legislative framework on town and country planning, which shall aim at the protection and preservation of natural, cultural and environmental resources.
The present Regional Act lays down the legislative framework in matter of town and country planning, taking into particular consideration, inter alia, the need to preserve the environment and regional landscape, including agricultural lands.
