Showing items 1 through 9 of 52.This Decree declares that the right to undertake a real property intervention (encroachment) as foreseen in section 2 of the Act relative to the expropriation of real property may be assigned to anybody.
This Act regulates agreements of lease of real property used for agricultural or forestry purposes and other matters regarding the relationship between lessor and lessee. Section 1 defines the application sphere of the Act.
The scope of the present Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture is to provide a clear picture of all land suitable for cultivation but presently not in use. Such land shall be under consideration for measures to be taken pursuant to section 8 of the Land Use Act of 1995.
This Decree of the Ministry of Environment implements in Norway EC Council Directive 83/189 laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical standards and regulations, as amended.
The scope of this Decree is to clarify the possible impact that certain measures may have on the environment. Planning of measures listed in Schedule I shall always be accompanied by an environment impact assessment.
This Decree allows the County Agricultural Councils to delegate matters relating to redistribution of land up to a certain size and the preparation of land regulation plans pursuant to sections of the Land Reform Act to the County Agricultural Chief or the Forestry Chief and allows the Agricultur
Permits shall be obtained in accordance with a procedural scheme adopted by the Ministry of Agriculture. However acquisition of land for certain (agricultural) purposes is exempted from such requirement.
This Decree of the Ministry of Environment formulates rules relative to the collection, use and storage of animal manure. These rules aim at preventing pollution of soil, air, and surface water and groundwater and at enhancing plant production.
This Decree makes further provision for assessment on the environment, natural resources, and public health of operations covered by Act relative to planning and construction. Operations listed in Annex I shall always be accompanied by an impact assessment.
