La presente Ley de protección de suelos y control de erosión, tiene por objeto establecer las normas especiales referentes a la protección de suelos y al control de la erosión y la vigilancia del cumplimiento de las mismas por parte del Instituto Nicaragüense de Recursos Naturales y del Ambiente
The objective of this Law is to specify which movable and immovable cultural and natural assets shall be preserved and to establish an organization which will implement provisions of this Law and to determine its functions (art. 1).
This Act makes provision for the establishment of the Outer Islands Development Corporation as a body corporate.
