AFA advance its advocacy agenda by organizing consultations and forums for its members and partners and attending regional and international gatherings.

It continued to be invited to consultations by CSOs and intergovernmental bodies. It started to receive invitations to private sector gatherings as well.

It increased efforts at building the capacity of its members in organizational management, sustainable agriculture, and marketing. It continued to provide technical assistance and facilitate training opportunities for its members. It sustained its organizational systems and processes, as well as communication and information sharing.
