El presente Acuerdo expide el Instructivo para la Obtención de Certificaciones de Exoneración del Impuesto a las Tierras Rurales Emitidos por el Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería, Acuacultura y Pesca (MAGAP), que describe el procedimiento para que los sujetos pasivos obtengan la certificación expedida por el MAGAP para que se apliquen las exoneraciones o reducciones estipuladas en la ley sobre el impuesto a las tierras rurales.

This Act makes provision with respect to a wide variety of matters regarding the environment in Wales including: the sustainable management of natural resources (includes animals, plants and other organisms, air, water and soil) climate change and targets for reducing emissions of greenhouse gases from Wales; collection and disposal of waste; shellfish fisheries; marine licensing; land drainage.

The purpose of this Act is to contribute to the promotion of the public interest and the development of industries by effectively executing erosion control work in order to prevent devastation of national land and conserve the national land.
