The purpose of the present Act is to ensure the continuation of the Department of Rural Development. The department shall control and manage that part of the administration of the Government of Saskatchewan which deals with rural municipalities and not assigned by law to any other department or agency of the Government of Saskatchewan. The text consists of 24 sections.

This Act makes provision for the establishment of the Coast Development Authority of Kenya and defines its powers, functions and internal organization. The Act consists of 17 sections divided into 5 Parts.The Coast Development Authority is established as a body corporate and shall be composed of Government officers, the Provincial Commissioner for the Coast Province (“Area”) and representatives of the area affected by the operations of the Authority. The Authority shall be responsible for the development of the Area and for this purpose shall draft a development plan.

Le présent arrêté fixe les attributions et l'organisation des services techniques d'urbanisme, d'architecture et de contrôle urbain, créés dans chacune des communes de la ville de Conakry et des capitales régionales des communes, agissant comme services décentralisés pour l'accomplissement des missions d'administration et de gestion des villes, et notamment celle de piloter la mise en oeuvre des projets, programmes ou opérations de gestion technique de l'urbanisme, de suivi technique de l'architecture et de contôle urbain dans les communes et les communautés rurales de développement.

Le présent arrêté fixe les attributions et l'organisation de l'observatoire national des bâtiments et des équipements publics du Ministère de l'urbanisme et de l'habitat, ayant pour mission de définir, d'organiser, de suivre, d'évaluer et de réglementer la participation du secteur privé dans la réalisation des études et des travaux en matière d'architecture, de viabilisation, de construction, d'ingénieurie, de contrôle, de supervision, d'expertise, de fianacement, de garantie et d'assurance.

This Decree lays down rules for the consolidation of land in so-called "concentration areas", i.e. areas with a high concentration of agricultural activities. The consolidation of land shall be done in accordance with a system of valuation of the land and a land consolidation plan.

La présente loi fixe les conditions particulières de création visant à définir les éléments de la ville dans le cadre de la politique de l'aménagement du territoire et du développement durable. Cette politique est mise en oeuvre dans le cadre de la déconcentration, de la décentralisation et de la gestion de proximité. La loi est formée par 29 articles répartis en 6 chapitres à savoir: Principes généraux (I); Définitions et classification (II); Cadre et objectifs (III); Acteurs et compétences (IV); Instruments et organes (V); Dispositions finales (VI).

Le présent décret porte le texte du chapitre VI du titre II du livre Ier du code de l'environnement (partie réglementaire), relatif à la déclaration de projet.

The supervision of the Environment, Nature and Town and Country Planning Office and the task of environmental planning is assigned by this Decree to the Minister of Housing, Town and Country and the Environment.

Le présent décret porte définition des communes rurales. Sont considérées comme communes rurales pour l'application des articles L. 3334-10 et R. 334-8 les communes suivantes: En métropole: - les communes dont la population n'excède pas 2 000 habitants; - les communes dont la population est supérieure à 2 000 habitants et n'excède pas 5 000 habitants, si elles n'appartiennent pas à une unité urbaine ou si elles appartiennent à une unité urbaine dont la population n'excède pas 5 000 habitants.

The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following forms: (a) exchange of officials, experts and representatives of local communities of the North; (b) exchange of information and documentation; (c) organization of joint symposia, conferences and seminars for experts; (d) exchange and transfer of technologies; (e) joint research and development (art. 2). A Joint Russian-Canadian Commission shall be set up for the purpose of the implementation of the present Agreement (art. 4).

This Act provides for the possibility of exemptions from environmental requirements regarding soil, air and noise prescribed by other legislation in force in the interest of the parsimonious and rational use of living space and optimization of the living environment in urban and rural areas and provides rules relative to procedures of decision making at municipal level and the coordination of decision making.

This Decree extends the working of the original Decree establishing the Environment, Nature and Town and Country Planning Research Council and thus implicitly recognizes the important research, policy and planning functions of the Council in the field of environment, town and country planning and nature conservation and restoration in the Netherlands.
