Guyana Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper 2011 – 2015 is a confirmation of the path taken in 2001 with the Guyana’s first PRSP and it is a review of the key developments outlined at that time. This Law is aimed at: protecting the coastal environment, restoring and preserving coasts as a resource of unique value, and preventing and reducing as much as possible any damage to them; preserving the coastal environment and the coastal sand for the benefit and enjoyment of the public, for present and future generations; and establishing principles and limitations for the sustainable management, development and use of the coastal environment. Under the law, sea and shore are considered one integral unit that extends from Israel's territorial waters to 300 meters inland.

This Act concerns the development of tourism in Marsabit county. It provides for the formulation of a county tourism strategy by the Executive Committee Member and the establishment of the establishment of Tourism Regulatory and Licensing Unit. One of the objects of the Act is to promote the practice of responsible and sustainable tourism (defined). The Executive Committee Member may by notice in the County Gazette designate tourism Areas in consultation with the Cabinet Secretary responsible for Tourism at the National level.

These Rules, consisting of 52 sections divided into twelve Parts, regulate Maharashtra Village Panchayats Extension to Scheduled Areas. They shall extend to all the Scheduled Areas in the State where the Act is in force. The Rules establishe composition duties and responsibilities of the Gram Sabha, entitled to safeguard and preserve the natural resources located in its area including traditional rights over water, forest, land and minerals as per local tradition and the spirit of the laws of the Central and State Governments.

These Regulations amend the Development and Planning Regulations (2013 revision) in regulation 8 by inserting after subregulation (14), two subregulations on volumetric plans, also for the purpose of calculation of waterfront properties.
