This Decree-Law regulates the approval of coastal zone management plans. It consists of 19 articles and 2 Annexes dealing with the requirements to be satisfied by the aforementioned plans (called POOC) in compliance with the preservation of marine habitat, valorization of existing coastal zone resources and conservation of environmental and landscape values.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of An Giang province.The plan aims at developing An Giang province into an open economic zone between the Mekong river delta provinces and Cambodia as well as other ASEAN countries, and to develop economy in association with protection of natural resources and environment.

The Decision 460 of 2010 lays down the framework for the organization and functioning of the territory planning registration. The Decision is composed of the following Sections: organization and functioning of the registration system, the information to be published and registered in the registration system, rules for securing and keeping the electronic data, rules on the computer programs’ standards, financing the creation and functioning of the territory Planning Register, publishing in the Territory Planning Register, and final provisions.

This Act makes provision for the validation of development in the Negril and Green Island Area provisionally authorized by the Negril and Green Island Area Local Planning Authority in accordance with sections 5, 7 and 10 of the Town and Country Planning Act and pursuant to the Town and Country Planning (Negril and Green Island Area) Provisional Development Order, 1981. The Act also makes a consequential amendment to General Notice No. 215 of 2005.

Regional state nature reserve “Nizhnepechorsky” shall be considered protected area constituted for the purpose of conservation of natural complexes, landscapes and components thereof. Constitution of the aforesaid regional state nature reserve does not envisage land expropriation. The territory of regional state nature reserve “Nizhnepechorsky” shall be taken into consideration in the process of elaboration of land-use planning schemes.

Within the framework of the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 18 August 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2081, 2102), the present Law regulates land use planning in the Free State of Saxony. Article 1 establishes that the whole land of Saxony shall be subject to a sustainable planning policy. These Regulations make provision in connection with the preparation and content of schemes of delegation and the procedure for reviews under section 43A of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997. Section 43A requires a planning authority to prepare a scheme of delegation by which applications for planning permission and for consent, agreement or approval required by a condition imposed on a grant of planning permission are to be determined by an appointed person.
