Le présent décret autorise la SAFER de Corse, agréée en qualité de société d’aménagement foncier et d’établissement rural par arrêté du 16 août 1977, à exercer, pour une période de dix-huit mois, le droit de préemption prévu par les dispositions des articles L. 143-1 et suivants du code rural et de la pêche maritime.
