An Act by the regional government of Vorarlberg on the prevention and reduction of pollution to implement the Council Directive 96/61/EC concerning integrated pollution prevention and control. For the purposes of the present Act “pollution” means the direct or indirect introduction as a result of human activity, of substances, vibrations, heat or noise into the air, water or land which may be harmful to human health or the quality of the environment, result in damage to material property, or impair or interfere with amenities and other legitimate uses of the environment.

This Decree-Law, consisting of 7 Chapters, approves the National Regulation for Land and Urban Planning (RNOTPU). it specifies the basic legislation for territorial planning and its management, as established by Legislative Decree No. 1/2006. The Decree-Law, defines the instruments to regulate territorial: management development, planning, sectoral policy and regarding special nature, such as land planning of: protected areas, touristic areas, coastal zone management and hydrographic basins. La présente loi a pour buts d’exécuter la législation forestière fédérale, de désigner les autorités d’application et de fixer leurs compétences. The present Law implements the Federal Land Use Planning Act (BGBl. I p. 2081, p. 2102) and the Land Use Planning Law of 28 April 1998 of Sachsen-Anhalt. The Law lays down provisions relating to the regional development plan of Sachsen-Anhalt. In particular, the purpose of the Law is to maintain the perfect functioning of the ecosystem in the populated and unpopulated area of the Land. The Order applies to rural development. The "Common Schedule" is a form used to apply for certain types of agriculture to be carried out in specific land areas. These applications are submitted to the Danish AgriFish Agency in order to obtain partial or full subsidy for these farming activities. The Danish AgriFish Agency shall ensure that registration of these applications are done electronically. There may only be submitted one application for each farm. Areas in which a farmer has given grazing rights to others, shall be included in the farmers’ application.

This Order amends, in relation to England only, the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 in Part 3 of Schedule 2. Part 3 sets out permitted development rights in relation to certain changes of use, the effect of which is that those changes of use are granted planning permission without the need for a planning application.

These Regulations, which apply to Great Britain, make provision relating to the requirement to disclose information about a green deal plan where a green deal property is being sold or let out. Section 12(2) of the Energy Act 2011 requires a seller, prospective landlord or licensor to disclose information about a green deal plan by providing the document produced or updated under section 8(4) to a prospective buyer, tenant or licensee of a green deal property at a specified time.

The purpose of this Regulation is to clarify the national land policy in the 100-meter coastal belt. The aim is to safeguard public interests and prevent unfortunate construction along lakes, in accordance to the Planning and Building Act. The Regulation ensures that a stronger geographic differentiation is suggested for the key areas where pressure on land is high.

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 in respect of Wales in Schedule 2 by adding Part 40 which confers permitted development rights for the installation of specified types of renewable energy generation equipment.
