Peru: A data-rich context

We spent this week with Peruvian partners in co-development and training sessions, hosted by CEPES. This is a data-rich and data-diverse environment, where partners prefer to refer to "land transactions" than "land deals". Often land titles are traded between Peruvian investors, and this is something they would like to be able to track, in addition to concessions and other transactions.

La presente Ley Foral modifica la que tiene por objeto la regulación de la actividad de ordenación del territorio, de la actividad urbanística y el régimen de utilización del suelo, respecto a los Planes Sectoriales de Incidencia Supramunicipal que tienen por objeto actuaciones residenciales, de actividad económica o el desarrollo de planes y políticas públicas, cuya incidencia y efectos trascienda, por la magnitud, importancia o las especiales características que presenten, del municipio o municipios sobre los que se asienten.
