In Asia, economic growth, rapid urbanisation and infrastructure development are contributing to increasing land degradation. To this end, it developed the platform "Building with Nature in Asia" to mobilise public and private stakeholders and enable the scaling up of this approach to climate change adaptation. In this way, climate-resilient landscapes were created that support the long-term resilience of cities and settlements along vulnerable Asian coasts and rivers.
