Aboriginal Heritage Regulations 2007.
These Regulations implement the Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006 by specifying the circumstances in which a cultural heritage management plan is required for an activity or class of activity; prescribing standards for the preparation of a cultural heritage management plan including the carrying out of assessments; prescribing standards for the preparation of a map included in a cultural heritage agreement; and by prescribing fees for evaluating a cultural heritage management plan, for an application for a cultural heritage permit, and for an application to the Secretary for advice as to whether
Land Tax Act 2005.
This Act, consisting of nine Parts divided into 118 sections and completed by several Schedules, concerns the assessment of land value and related tax. The Act provides for the imposition of land tax (Part 2), the assessment of land taxes (Part 3) and related exemptions and concessions (Part 4), the relief or postponement of land tax (Part 5), and for security, recovery and enforcement (Part 6).
Land Tax Regulations 2005.
These Regulations implement the Land Tax Act 1958 by providing for notices of acquisition and for prescribed fees for a land tax certificate.

Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006.
This Act provides for the protection, recognition and conservation of Aboriginal cultural heritage in Victoria.The Act aims at promoting the management of aboriginal cultural heritage as an integral part of land and natural resource management; establishing a Victorian Aboriginal Heritage Register; establishing processes for the timely and efficient assessment of activities that may harm Aboriginal cultural heritage; establishing mechanisms that enable the resolution of disputes relating to the protection of aboriginal cultural heritage; and providing appropriate sanctions and penalties.The
