This Decree establishes the amount of information to be released by the State register of immovable property, and the modalities of request and release thereof the period of updating of information on immovable property for taxation purposes. Cadastre information shall be considered of general public access except for restrictions related to identification data of the objects of immovable property owned by natural persons. Information data related to the objects of immovable property shall include cadastre identification number of plots of land and delimitation of the boundaries thereof on maps.
