This Law consists of 3 Sections divided into 101 articles providing for land registration and cadastre keeping. Section I deals with general provisions in particular: land registration; land real rights and registration; records and temporary records; and typewriting or invalidation. Section II provides for the following: land registration keeping; registration documents; registration methods; reservation records; typewriting; special provisions concerning the registration and typewriting; revision of land register and registration documents; registration copies; temporary registration certificates. Section III contains penalty provisions and measures.
