This Regional Law, for the purpose of preservation and support of the traditional way of life of the Cossack associations, recorded in accordance with the established modalities in the state register of the Cossack societies of the Russian Federation, regulates the relations as regards the formation of the purposeful regional Cossack stock of land for the concession of the plots of land to the Cossack societies. Purposeful Cossack stock of land shall be formed for the purpose of allotment of the plots of land to the Cossack associations for agricultural purposes and for the fulfilment of the obligations thereof as regards state duty and other services (Article 2). The Regional Law consists of 5 Articles. Article 1 establishes the modalities of the formation of the purposeful stock of land. Article 2 determines the purposes of the formation of the purposeful stock of land. Article 3 regards the modalities of the allotment of the plots of land out of the purposeful stock of land. Article 4 deals with registration of the plots of land belonging to the purposeful stock of land. Article 5 determines the modalities of entry into force of the present Regional Law.
