Chief of the Federal Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey, for the purpose of conformation of the contractual documentation to Civil Code and strengthening observance of contractual commitments within the Committee, orders to validate the subjoined form of the contract for carrying out projecting and prospecting work in the field of land survey, land cadastre and land monitoring with Annexes. Chiefs of the territorial committees on land resources and land survey, directors of the institutes and enterprises subordinated to the Federal Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey (ROSKOMZEM) must ensure the application of the above-mentioned form of the contract in process of its conclusion with all enterprises, organizations and institutions, as well as to make arrangements for complete and qualitative compilation and official registration of the contractual documentation.
