Chief of the Federal Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey, for the purpose of the conformation of normative legal acts of the Committee to the Russian Legislation, orders to validate the following amendments to the Regulation on legal actions to be undertaken by the state land inspectors against the physical persons, officials, and juridical persons that infringe land legislation and are liable to civil prosecution: 1). To substitute the wording “instructions” with the wording “directions” in the text of the Regulation. 2). In the first paragraph of the item 3.8 to cancel the wording “ or in a month’s period after the expiration of terms established by the Regulation (in accordance with the Annex 2)”. 3). To repeal item 5.6. 4). To cancel in the item 6.2 the wording “imposes a fine on an official for the evasion from the implementation or tardy implementation of the ordinance in accordance with the Presidential Decree No.2162 of 16.12.93”.
Amends: Order No. 18 of 1994 of the Federal Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey regarding the validation of the Regulation on legal actions to be undertaken by the state land inspectors against the physical persons, officials, and juridical persons that infringe land legislation and are liable to civil prosecution.
