The Government, for the purpose of introduction of economic methods of the management of land resources and the improvement of state management of land, entitles the State Committee on Land Policy to carry out in the period of 1999-2001 state cadastre valuation of all categories of land for the purpose of taxation and other purposes established by law. Regional executive bodies are recommended on presentation of the territorial branches of the State Committee on Land Policy to adopt legislative acts necessary for the realization of state cadastre valuation of land and to validate its results. The Government decrees to establish that financing of state cadastre valuation of land is carried out at the expense of land charges and rent that must be refunded to Federal and Regional budgets.
