The Government, for the purpose of the realization of the state control over urban planning, the improvement of the land use planning and ensuring the state executive bodies with the trustworthy information as regards the surroundings, decrees to validate the Regulation. The Federal Committee on Construction, Housing and Communal Services is the especially authorized institution for the state regulation in the sphere of state technical registration and inventory of the urban planning objects. The state registration of the urban planning objects is conducted irrespectively of their destination and belonging in accordance with the common for the Russian Federation system of registration. Federal Executive Bodies must conform their legislative acts to this Decree.
