This Act makes provision for the subdivision of land by a registered proprietor of a freehold estate or a leasehold estate in land that is subject to the Land Titles Registration Act 2008. The subdivision of land so as to provide for units shall be effected by approval under the Survey Act 2010 of a plan, which shall be drafted in accordance with this Act. Upon the approval of a unit plan, a common property in the plan vests in the body corporate created on approval of the plan.

This Act provides for the reform of legislation regarding a Scottisch form of land tenure called crofting and for this purpose amends provisions of the Crofting (Scotland) Act 1993. The Act makes modifies the functionality and the name of the Crofters Commission and establishes a new Crofting Register, in which crofts, common grazings and land held runrig (a local system of common tenure and cultivation) are to be registered.

Esta Ley regula el régimen de utilización y disposición del patrimonio agrario de la Comunidad de Aragón, constituido por los bienes inmuebles y aquellos sobre los que se tengan derechos reales y que sean susceptibles de explotación agrícola, ganadera o mixta. La Comunidad puede adjudicar esos bienes en propiedad, pero su utilización y disposición por parte del adquirente estarán sujetas a limitaciones. Estas se reducirán gradualmente durante un cierto plazo, transcurrido el cual el adjudicatario adquirirá el pleno dominio de los bienes poseídos.

These Regulations amend the Regulations made under the Sectional Titles Act, 1986 with respect to documents to be registered in the sectional title register (reg. 13); acceptance of responsibility for correctness of facts presented for registration (reg. 16C); description and numbering of Exclusive Use Areas and requirements for the transfer of such areas (reg. 28); forms (Annexure 1); and management rules for association of owners (Annexure 8).

This Act makes provision for the registration of deeds relating to immovable property and the appointment of the Registrar of Deeds. It also provides rules for the alienation of land by the State, the manner of transfer of land in general and concerns rights in immovable property and related to leases. If the State alienates State land not previously registered in the name of any other person, then the State may transfer the ownership in the land to the transferee by means of a deed of grant issued in terms of proper authority.

This Act concerns the administration of Crown lands, allowing for the granting of Forest Management Licences (or Timber Licences) to a defined series of persons (holders of pulp and paper licences, purchasers of licences at public auctions or by tender, builders and operators of mills for the manufacture of forest products, etc.). Licences may be for all or only certain specified species or products and may have various duration periods. Licencees of one or more timber licences which contain in total more than 100 sq.

The present Act defines how resource development shall be managed in Nunavut. In particular, the Act: 1) establishes in legislation the continuation of the Nunavut Planning Commission (NPC) and Nunavut Impact Review Board (NIRB) and clearly defines their powers, duties and functions, including how their commissioners/board members are appointed. It also clearly defines the roles and authorities of Inuit, and the federal and territorial government; 2) creates a "single window" approach to the review process.
