This Regulation provides for the complete text of the the Action Programme for the protection of waters against the pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources on the territory of the Croatian Republic, including all technical and other specific data.Action Programme includes: the goal of adoption, interpretation of terms, application requirements and measures, the conditions and methods of fertilizer application, general principles on the fair use of fertilizers, all measures for the correct storage and disposal of manure, the mandatory period of application, and final provision

By virtue of this Decision, the European Commission grants to Ireland a derogation to the second subparagraph of paragraph 2 of Annex III to Directive 91/676/EEC concerning the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources. The derogation has the purpose of allowing a higher amount of livestock manure than that provided in the Directive. This Decision applies on an individual basis to grassland farms and subject to certain conditions relating to the application of manure and other fertilizers and land managemen.

Le présent règlement grand-ducal modifie le règlement grand-ducal du 24 novembre 2000 concernant l’utilisation de fertilisants azotés dans l’agriculture. Notamment, le règlement modifie, entre autres, l’article 6 concernant la fuite d’éléments nutritifs dans les eaux et l’article 8 établissant que toutes les exploitants agricoles doivent disposer de cuves permettant le stockage des effluents d’élevage pendant 6 mois, soit sur l’exploitation même, soit auprès de tiers. These Regulations prescribe the Forms and procedures necessary to nominate a successor who shall be entitled to succeed to the rights of tenant cultivator under the Act, or to cancel a nomination, in respect of the extent of paddy land cultivated, in the event of death or permanent disability.The Regulations further provide for the procedure for registration of a document including the registers which shall be kept for maintaining records of the documents submitted to the Commissioner General.

La presente Resolución aprueba el Procedimiento que tiene por objeto regular la construcción, reconstrucción, remodelación, ampliación y legalización de las edificaciones, instalaciones y obras para el adecuado mantenimiento, conservación y aprovechamiento de las tierras entregadas en usufructo a personas naturales y jurídicas, así como las viviendas del usufructuario y sus familiares, consideradas como bienhechurías.

This Law establishes basic principles of organization of a daihan (peasant) farm and legal grounds for the functioning thereof. Daihan (peasant) farm shall be considered agricultural enterprise set up by one o several families with a scope of performing agricultural production. Daihan (peasant) farm shall be considered autonomous production unit. Daihan (peasant) farm shall be constituted in accordance with contract and its activity shall be regulated by Statute.

Article 7 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Agricultural land out of Public fund of agricultural land as a general rule shall be allotted on lease for the periof of five years except for land plots allotted for the period of 20 years for seed growing, pedigree stockbreeding, experimental farming, scientific research, experimental selection and plant variety testing and to agricultural cooperatives”.

This Regional Law shall regulate the following aspects of land relations: (a) land as natural object and natural resource; (b) land plots; and (c) parts of land plots. Land plots shall be classified as divisible and indivisible. In case of land transactions and in case of land division shall be prohibited apportionment of land area of less than 300 square metres for individual housing construction and less than 500 square metres for subsidiary small-holding (farming).

Council Directive 91/676/EEC sets out the legislative framework concerning the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources. Derogations may be granted to Member States under certain conditions. The present Decision grants the derogation requested by the Netherlands for the purpose of allowing a higher amount of grazing livestock manure applied to the land each year than that provided for in subparagraph (a) of paragraph 2 of Annex III to Directive 91/676/EEC. This Decision applies on an individual basis to grassland farms.
