El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento de Organización y Funciones (ROF) del Instituto Geofísico del Perú (IGP), adscrito al Ministerio del Ambiente (MINAM), que tiene como finalidad contribuir a la gestión del ambiente geofísico con énfasis en la prevención y mitigación de desastres naturales y de origen antrópico.

El presente Decreto Legislativo crea el Instituto Geofísico del Perú (IGP), que es un organismo público ejecutor, adscrito al Ministerio del Ambiente (MINAM), que genera, utiliza y transfiere conocimientos e información científica y tecnológica en el campo de la geofísica y ciencias afines, y contribuye a la gestión del ambiente geofísico con énfasis en la prevención y mitigación de desastres naturales y de origen antrópico.

This Law amends, adds and cancels various provisions part of the Law on Agricultural Land (Official Gazette 39/2013).Major changes are related to the general issues and denominations, names and competence of local bodies and institutions, concrete land tenure and land concession provisions, public participation and related administrative rules and requirements, methods and standards for the correct and sustainable land use, common pasture issues, cadaster related provisions, provisions regarding the Rural Development Programme 2014-2020, state funding and state fund for agricultural develop

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (Section 62A Applications) (Procedure and Consequential Amendments) Order 2013 with respect to certain notification requirements in relation with planning permission applications.

This Law amends and supplements several articles of Law 10119 of 2009 on land use planning. It introduces planning instruments, both local and central, as administrative acts prepared for the whole territory of communes and municipalities that define the policies and rules of land use as well as the territory structure and its infrastructure management. Rules regarding the preparation and approval of the detailed local instruments are further laid out.

This Instruction amends articles 6, 8, 11-13 of Instruction No.1 of 2012 with regard to the tasks and rules of procedure of the commission responsible for accepting and evaluating the applications for high-risk energy-related construction permits.

Amends: Instruction No.1 of 2012 laying down rules and procedures for obtaining construction permits for high risk energy-related buildings and for the establishment of the evaluation commission. (2012-04-30)

Article 26 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Proclamation of natural complexes nature monuments of regional significance shall be performed by decision of the Regional Government. In case of necessity the respective plots of land can be expropriated for public needs in accordance with the acting legislation”.

Amends: Regional Law No. 5-z "On protected areas". (2013-01-31)

This Law amends articles 2, 30, 45 of Law No. 9482 of 2006 on legalization, urbanization, and integration of unlawful constructions. The amendments affect the scope of law by making it applicable on unlawful constructions built after the date this law enters into force only when the legalization procedures do not require transfer of land ownership. Also, for unlawful constructions built after 2006, the Agency implements the factual assessment of terrain via digital aerial and satellite imaging converted into aerial photography.

The Vision of the present cross-sectoral Forestry Strategy 2020 (FS2020) establishes that by 2020, the Government of the Lao PDR envisages a sizeable, vigorous and robust forestry sector continuing in its role as one of the leading sectors advancing national socio-economic development. A sector in which scientifically-managed natural production forests generate timber and non-timber products at sustainable levels with village participation, under supervision and technical support from well-staffed, well-trained local and national government units.

These Regulations amend the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 with respect to procedures to be followed by local authorities in respect to developments that may affect appearance of a conservation area.

These Regulations amend, in relation to England, the Town and Country Planning General Regulations 1992, in regulation 4A so as to redefine the requirement for an interested planning authority to refer to the Secretary of State for determination any applications for planning permission which they make which relate solely to the demolition of an unlisted building in a conservation area.
