This Order applies to the survey declarations in accordance to the Farm Act, by establishing rules on whether proof presented to the Cadastre Authority with regard to land registration may be processed without authorization; on certification of land deduction by acquisition of agricultural property; and on the establishment of an overview map. Cadastral changes may be implemented without a license by statements from a licensed surveyors.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities for issuing licences for land surveys and topographic, geodetic and cartographic activities. Applicants (natural or legal persons) shall submit the following documentation to the licensing authority: (a) application; (b) copy of the registration certificate (for legal person)s; (c) receipt for payment of licensing fee; and (d) qualification certificate.

Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance lists the Regional mapping and survey offices to be wounded up, as well as the Regional Office for Survey, Mapping and Geo-Information. Article 2 decrees the establishment of the Regional Office for Mapping and Survey and Geo-Information with its Headquarters in Erfurt. The text consists 3 articles.
These Rules amend the Registration of Deeds Rules 2008 so as to provide for the registration of judgment mortgages pursuant to section 116 of the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2006. It prescribes forms for application for registration of a discharge or release or partial discharge or partial release of a mortgage and the application for registration of a receipt on a mortgage.
This Decree establishes that State geodetic inspection shall be authorized state institution performing supervision over compliance with technical requirements and standards related to geodetic and cartographic activity and mapping of the state boundaries. State supervision over land tenure and land protection shall be performed with a view of enforcement of land legislation and compliance of natural and legal persons with legislative provisions of land legislation.
El presente Acuerdo modifica el Procedimiento para la adjudicación de tierras del patrimonio forestal del Estado y bosques y vegetación protectores, en lo relacionado con la distinción entre las tierras adjudicadas que corresponden al Patrimonio Forestal del Estado, que quedan deslindadas de dicho Patrimonio, y aquellas que corresponden a los bosques y vegetación protectores que cambiarán únicamente de dominio y seguirán formando parte del mismo bosque y vegetación protector.
La presente Ley del Servicio Hidrográfico y Geodésico de la República de Cuba, establece que el Servicio Hidrográfico y Geodésico estará adscripto al Ministerio de las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias y comprenderá las actividades geodésicas, hidrográficas, catastrales, cartográficas, topográficas, de señalización marítima y de uniformación de nombres geográficos.

This Regional Law establishes that in case of the outbreak of environmental and technological disasters the boundaries of the disaster area shall be established, delimited and mapped. Regional disaster monitoring system shall be instituted for timely control and forecasting disasters, and also for data collection and analysis of monitoring information. Regional executive bodies and specialized regional institution shall be responsible for planning preventive arrangements and mitigation of the consequences of natural and technological disasters.
