The present Law lays down provisions relating to land survey and land cadastre in the Land Nordrhein-Westfalen. The tasks of the public survey and mapping authorities include the collection, keeping and dissemination of data concerning land survey and land registration. The said Office has to avail itself of the latest technical and scientific progress.

This Law establishes the modalities of setting and keeping register of immovable property that ensures public acknowledgement of the right of ownership and other interests to immovable property, protection by the state of the aforesaid rights and support of taxation system and real estate market. Objects of registration shall be plots of land and servitude. Registration of the aforesaid objects shall be compulsory and it shall be carried out by the territorial cadastre offices.

This Ordinance provides for the constitution of the Lands Court, defines its jurisdiction, functions and duties and provides with respect to the Land Register and other matters such as offences and regulation-making powers of the Governor.The Lands Court shall, among other things: exercise supervisory jurisdiction over all lands on Pitcairn Island; cause land to be demarcated and a Register of Lands to be kept; determine on applications for land allocation in accordance with this Ordinance and the Land Tenure Reform Ordinance; and hear disputes relative to ownership of land on Pitcairn Isla

This Decree shall be compulsory for all natural and legal persons carrying out geodetic activity, topographic activity, survey, mapping and keeping of land cadastre. National Geodetic Supervision Service shall be the authorized institution for issuance, renewal, validation, restriction and revocation of authorization to natural and legal persons in accordance with the form contained in the Annex 2. Authorization shall not be required for the correction of agricultural land areas maps, land use planning and forest organization maps and charts.

This Decree shall be compulsory for all natural and legal persons carrying out geodetic activity, topographic activity, survey, mapping and keeping of land cadastre. National Agency on Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre shall be the authorized institution for issuance, renewal, validation, restriction and revocation of licences. The applicant shall file the application specifying the type and the period activity, registration certificate issued by the registration authority, company statute and documents attesting professional qualification.

The object of this Regulation is to repeal and remake, with minor changes of substance, the provisions of the Surveying Regulation 2001, which is repealed on 1 September 2006 by section 10 (2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989.

This Order establishes the modalities of organization and carrying out land valuation activity, legalization of outcome thereof and access to information on land valuation. Land valuation shall be considered inventory of land areas in accordance with soil quality for subsequent cost valuation of agricultural land, land survey and stimulation of rational and efficient land management. Object of land valuation shall the plots of land with the defined legal status as established in land cadastre. Subject of land valuation shall be landowners, tenants and lease holders of agricultural land.

El presente Real Decreto tiene por objeto la aprobación de un primer bloque de normas reglamentarias del Catastro, poniendo especial cuidado en respetar en su elaboración el criterio de no incidir mediante normas de desarrollo sino en las materias en las que aquél se considera indispensable, evitándose la reproducción de los preceptos contenidos en la norma legal previa.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto la ordenación de la producción cartográfica del Estado, y tendrá carácter de cartografía oficial la realizada con sujeción a las prescripciones de esta Ley por las administraciones públicas o bajo su dirección o control.

El presente Real Decreto regula las actividades de recogida, almacenamiento, tratamiento y difusión de información geográfica sobre el territorio nacional y su mar territorial, la zona contigua, la plataforma continental y la zona económica exclusiva, realizada por las autoridades públicas a través del Sistema Cartográfico Nacional.

El presente Real Decreto desarrolla la Ley que tiene por objeto la ordenación de la producción cartográfica en relación a la cartografía catastral, que es la documentación gráfica que define la forma, dimensiones y situación de las diferentes parcelas o fincas que integren el territorio nacional, cualquiera que sea el uso o actividad a que estén destinadas, constituyendo en su conjunto el soporte gráfico del catastro.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities for coordinating and validating land use planning documentation and for keeping and providing access to land survey data. As envisaged by legislation, land use planning documentation shall be coordinated by the Federal Land Cadastre Service and its territorial branches, sanitary and epidemiological supervision bodies, entities involved in the protection of cultural monuments and local self-governments.
