Cette loi fixe le cadre juridique général et les principes fondamentaux de la gestion de l'environnement au Cameroun. Les principes fondamentaux sont ceux de prévention, de précaution, le principe pollueur-payeur et celui de responsabilité, le principe de participation et celui de subsidiarité des normes coutumières en absence d'une règle de droit écrit. Les ressources naturelles et d'une manière générale l'environnement font partie du patrimoine commun de la Nation.

Le présent Décret fixe les modalités d'application de la loi n° 2003-308 du 07 juillet 2003 portant transfert et répartition de compétences de l'Etat aux Collectivités Territoriales en matière de protection de l’environnement et de gestion des ressources naturelles, notamment la protection des forêts, la gestion et la protection des cours d’eau nationaux et internationaux; la gestion des déchets, la protection de la biodiversité, la lutte contre la pollution, la gestion des aires protégées; la gestion du littoral.

This Statement outlines agreed objectives and policies for the future of Australia's public and private forests. The Governments share a vision of ecologically sustainable management of Australia's forests. This vision has a number of important characteristics: 1) The unique character of the Australian forested landscape and the integrity and biological diversity of its associated environment is retained. 2) The total area of forest is increased. 3) There is a 'holistic' approach to managing forests for all their values and uses so as to optimise benefits to the community.

The National Rural Land Use Policy NRLUP 2015 – 2020 supports the implementation of the National Agriculture and Livestock Sector Policy and the National Action Plan to address Land Degradation. NRLUP is intended to deliver on the Government's policies targeting the land users from rural to national level. NRLUP shall be guided by the following principles: Alignment with and guidance from the national constitution. Gender equity and involvement of youth, children, people with special needs and church leaders.

This Strategy envisages a sustainable agriculture that is both feasible and capable of achieving food security, competitive in local and foreign markets through optimal use of resources as part of a comprehensive development. To realize this Vision and achieve the overall goal of improving the lives of farmers, herders and anglers in Palestine, the Ministry of Agriculture developed this Shared Vision Strategy for the Agricultural Sector.

Le Plan d’action du Haut Commissariat aux Eaux et Forêts et à la Lutte Contre la Désertification (HCEFLCD) s’inscrit dans le cadre d’un programme décennal (2005-2014) qui consacre la multifonctionnalité des écosystèmes forestiers et vise (i) la lutte contre la désertification, (ii) la conservation et le développement des ressources forestières et (iii) le développement humain dans les espaces forestiers et péri-forestiers.

The purpose of this Law shall be to govern relationships concerning the maintaining of sanitary conditions, defining the general requirements for sanitation in order to ensure the right of an individual to healthy and safe working and living conditions, ensuring normal sanitary conditions, defining the rights and duties of individuals, economic entities and organizations with this respect.

This Decision approves the master plan on socio-economic development of Thai Nguyen province through 2020, with a vision toward 2030 with the following principal contents in conformity with the national socio-economic development strategy, the national green growth strategy, Vietnam's sustainable development strategy, the master plan on socio-economic development of the northern midland and mountainous region, as well as sectoral master plans.
