Le présent décret fixe l’organisation et les modalités de fonctionnement de l’Unité de Gestion de la Grande Muraille Verte (UGMV) dont les organes sont le Comité d’Orientation; et la Direction. Un arrêté du ministre chargé de l’Environnement fixe les détails de l’organisation et des modalités de fonctionnement de la Direction de l’Unité de Gestion de la Grande Muraille Verte.

Le présent décret définit les modalités d’application de la Loi n° 2015-035 du 16 juillet 2015 portant organisation de la recherche, de l’exploitation et du transport des hydrocarbures.

Cette ordonnance s’inscrit dans le chantier de simplification des procédures administratives entrepris par le Gouvernement pour faciliter la vie des entreprises. Elle comporte deux parties. La première renforce la coordination des procédures d’urbanisme, qui relèvent le plus souvent des collectivités territoriales, avec les autorisations environnementales, qui elles relèvent de l’Etat. Cette coordination permet aux maîtres d’ouvrage d’obtenir leur permis de construire pendant la durée d’instruction de la ou des autorisations environnementales (loi sur l’eau, dérogation espèces protégés…).

The national environmental action strategy ensures continuity to the European Union action, namely through the Sixth Environmental Action Plan, with the targets regarding social cohesion, full employment and environmental protection approved by the Council of Europe in Lisbon and Göthenburg.

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992. Article 3 substitutes class 6H of Part 1A of the Schedule to the 1992 Order to provide permitted development rights for the installation, alteration or replacement of an air source heat pump on or within the curtilage of a dwelling.

Le présent décret approuve les statuts de l'Agence des Grands Projets Urbains dont la mission est d’initier et de programme des programmer des grands projets urbains relevant du cadre de vie, de la mobilité urbaine et du développement. Elle est notamment chargée d’entreprendre les études d’aménagement, d’urbanisme d’environnement ainsi que les études de faisabilité technique, juridique et financière.

This Government Regulation, consisting of 47 articles divided into nine Chapters, implements Law No. 32 of 2009 on Protection and Environmental Management, and aims at protecting and managing Peatlands ecosystems. Planning of Peatland Ecosystem Protection and Management is done through the following stages: 1. Peatland Ecosystem inventory; 2. Determination of the function of the Peat Ecosystem; and 3. Drafting and establishing the Peatland Ecosystem Protection and Management plan.

This Decree-Law, redefines the Southern Integral Tourism Development Zone (ZDTI) of "Baia das Gatas" within the island of São Vicente. It establishes new configuration of the above mentioned zone, taking into account that the previous amendment did not take into account the people agglomeration of the Northern ZDTI of the Baia das Gatas that is contained in the Southern ZDTI.

This Decree aims at compliance with sanitary and phytosanitary regulations, protection of plant species, efficient use of green areas and prevention of soil degradation. It sets forth principles and procedures of restoration, expansion, creation and improvement of green areas. The Decree shall not apply to green areas in forest lands, private lands, protected areas and in agricultural land.
