Following up the success of the 1st India Land and Development Conference, this second Annual Conference aims to further this Land-platform to connect local and global issues and discourses and focus conversations on how technology, decentralization, innovation and capacity contribute to improve land governance in India. Over three days, this one of its kind national event on land will catalyse connections among stakeholders, discourses and ideas and promote sharing of good practices, experiences, evidences, issues and challenges. L’expert déployé pour 18 mois à Madagascar aura une forte expérience en matière de gestion de projet et une aptitude démontrée à la gestion d’équipe repartie sur un large territoire. Il sera de même l’interlocuteur privilégié du Ministère.

Property rights are a cornerstone of economic development and social justice, and data on perceptions of security of property rights are required to monitor global initiatives such as the Voluntary Guidelines on the Responsible Governance of Tenure of Land, Forests and Fisheries and the Sustainable Development Goals. Yet, perceptions of security of tenure have never been assessed at the global level, preventing a clear understanding of the magnitude and nature of citizens' experience of security and insecurity related to crucial assets such as housing and land.
