They shall not have a detrimental effect on human, animal or plant health or the environment and shall not constitute a risk to public safety.It consists of 4 Chapters: Defining rules for fertilizer and soil conditioners (1); Administrative provisions (2); Penal Provisions (3); Entry into force (4).
