Butão

O Butão é um pequeno país encravado entre duas potências econômicas da Índia e da China. Abrange 38.394 km2, um pouco menor que a Suíça. Em 2020, a população era de 771.612 habitantes e, embora este número tenha triplicado desde 1960, ainda é menos de 10% da população da Suíça atual. Geograficamente, o país compreende os montes e os planaltos montanhosos do leste do Himalaia. Administrativamente, está dividido em vinte dzongkhag (distritos).
