Bhután

Buthán es un pequeño país sin salida al mar situado entre las dos potencias económicas de India y China. Tiene una extensión de 38.394 km2 , que es ligeramente inferior a la de Suiza. En 2020, la población era de 771.612 habitantes, y aunque esta cifra se ha triplicado desde 1960, sigue siendo menos del 10% de la población de la Suiza actual. Geográficamente, el país se compone de estribaciones y terrenos de alta montaña en el Himalaya oriental. Administrativamente, está dividido en veinte dzongkhag (distritos).
