Regulation No. 485 of 2014 amending Regulation No. 289 of 2006 on the organization and functioning of the Agency of Legalization, Urbanization, and Integration of the Unlawful Constructions (ALUIUC).
This Regulation amends Regulation No. 289 of 2006 by making changes to the structure and composition of the ALUIUC. The amended articles are articles 2, 3, 5 and 9.

Regulation No. 289 of 2006 on the organization and functioning of the Agency of Legalisation, Urbanisation, and Integration of Informal Zones/Construction (ALUIIZC).
This Regulation provides for the establishment of the Agency of Legalisation, Urbanisation, and Integration of Informal Zones/Construction (ALUIIZC) as a central public institution under the authority of the Minister of Public Works, Transport, and Telecommunication that functions at both central and local levels. The Agency works under the framework of Law No. 9482 of 2006 on legalization, urbanization, and integration of the unlawful constructions. The Agency structure and tasks are further laid down.
Instruction No. 4 of 2014 on rules and procedures for examining the applications for developmental permits and the permanent commission set up for the applications’ examination.
This Instruction lays down the rules and procedures to be used in examining the applications for developmental permits submitted to the Ministry of Environment and the establishment of the permanent commission responsible for their examination. The content and the supporting documentation of the application are further regulated in detail.
