This Decree establishes the modalities of supervision over compliance with essential requirements set for cleaning agents and competent state body exercising regulatory functions in this sphere. State Sanitary Inspection shall be competent state body performing supervision over the market of cleaning agents. Latvian Agency of Environmental Protection, Geology and Meteorology shall be competent state body for assessment of cleaning agents with a view of application of exemptions.
