La presente Resolución crea el Grupo de Titulación y Saneamiento Predial, dependiente de la Dirección de Sistema Habitacional del Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial, asignándole entre otras las siguientes funciones: a) promover políticas, normas, procesos, procedimientos, instrumentos y estrategias para impulsar, implementar y acompañar procesos de titulación y saneamiento predial; b) estructurar y definir el plan de acción para la aplicación y ejecución de los programas de titulación predial a nivel Nacional; y c) proyectar el contenido de los instrumentos normativos

This Chapter requires the Governor of the State of Kosrae to submit to the Legislature a proposal of legislation for the regulation of the use of land and other forms of real property within one year following the taking effect of a piece of law called the "Compact of Free Association's".

This Chapter defines offences of a miscellaneous character including: unauthorized disposition of certain foods by a person who has any responsibility for disposition of any food commodity donated under any program of the United States government or the State or Federated States of Micronesia government, violation of business license provisions; violation of section 401 of Title 18 (Conservation and Resources) is on unlawful acts of petroleum disposal; violation of public planning provisions; the keeping of any animal found to be a public nuisance; and the damaging of reefs.

This Chapter makes provision for developmental planning in the State of Pohnpei. The Chapter requires each local government to develop a comprehensive plan for the development of the area where it has jurisdiction. A plan shall consider, among other things, the conservation of natural resources and protection of the environment. The Chapter sets out the procedures for the approval of development plans by the Legislature and provides for hearings and review prior to approval.

This Chapter provides for the creation of the Yap Islands Planning Commission and the Outer Islands Planning Commission, defines their functions and powers and provides with respect to their internal organization. The Commissions shall have such functions and duties as are assigned to them by the Land Planning Act and as are otherwise delegated or assigned to them by law.

This Chapter provides with some selected issues in relation with land use planning and control.

This Act makes provision for the preservation and protection of historic, archaeological, and cultural properties of the State of Pohnpei. One of its objectives is to limit effects of uncontrolled development and land use.For purposes of this Act, the Pohnpei Historic and Cultural Preservation Review Board is established and, within the Department of Land and Natural Resources, a Division of Historic Preservation is created.

The Attached Management Plan is composed of six Chapters divided in 48 articles. It classifies land use allowed in the area covered by the Plan with the view of balancing natural resources and values with a sustainable land use.

This Resolution, composed of two articles and one Annex, approves the Management Plan of Albufeira de Crestuma -Lever (POACL), including the regulation and zoning maps, and modifies accordingly the National Ecological reserve. The Attached Management Plan is composed of five Chapters divided in 40 articles. It classifies land use allowed in the area covered by the Plan with the view of balancing natural resources and values with a sustainable land use.

This Resolution, composed of two articles and one Annex, approves the management Plan of Management Plan of Albufeira de Odivelas (POAO), including the regulation and zoning maps, and modifies accordingly the National Ecological reserve. The Attached Management Plan is composed of five Chapters divided in 38 articles. It defines land use allowed in the area covered by the Plan with the view of balancing natural resources and values with a sustainable land use.

This Resolution, composed of two articles and one Annex, approves the management Plan of Albufeira de Santa Clara (POASC), including the regulation and zoning maps, and modifies accordingly the National Ecological reserve. The Attached Management Plan is composed of VI Chapters divided in 35 articles. It classifies land use allowed in the area covered by the Plan with the view of balancing natural resources and values with a sustainable land use.

The present Regulation enacts sections 8 and 93.81 of the Land Act. In particular, the Regulation deals, amongst others, with the following matters: definitions, criteria for establishing land use objectives, orders that must be made available for public review and comment, review and comment on urgent orders by affected agreement holders, specifying conflicts with Forest and Range Practices Act objectives, content of order establishing or amending a land use objective, notice of order establishing or amending a land use objective.The text consists of 8 sections.
