Un accord entre le Gouvernement flamand et le Gouvernement de la République de la Hongrie. L’article 1er établit que les deux Parties intensifieront leur coopération, entre autres, dans les domaines suivantes: économie, science, technologie, politique sociale, agriculture, environnement, infrastructure, tourisme, aménagement du territoire, politique de l'eau. A cet effet, elles promouvront la coopération entre les établissements et les entreprises actives dans les domaines précités. Le texte comprend 15 articles.

Cette loi a pour objet de modifier et de compléter les dispositions de la loi nº 90-29 du 1er décembre 1990 relative à l’aménagement et l’urbanisme, et notamment, entre autres, les dispositions de l'article 4 qui fixe les conditions pour que les parcelles soient constructibles; de l'article 7 en base auxquelles toute construction à usage d'habitation doit justifier d'un point d'alimentation en eau potable.

The purpose of this Act, consisting of 11 Parts, is to establish a framework for planning the use, development and protection of land in Victoria in the present and long-term interests of all Victorians (sect. 1).

This Act concerns the management of coastal areas in the State of Victoria to protect and maintain areas of environmental significance on the coast and to maintain and improve coastal water quality. It provides for the establishment and operation of the Victorian Coastal Council and of Regional Coastal Boards. It also promotes a coordinated approach in the preparation and implementation of management plans for coastal Crown lands.

The Act provides for common leasehold schemes, i.e. a scheme registered under this Act for the division of a parcel of land and its buildings into units.

This Decree-Law, composed of 39 articles, rules on State’s withdrawal from the management of production units. To this end, it stipulates that the Government shall implement development programmes, as well as define the guidelines for the zoning of the production units to be assigned. The Decree-Law indicates the procedures for State withdrawal, the applicable concession regime, the forbidden property concessions, and the admitted applicants.

This Dispatch, composed of 2 articles, institutes the Unit for the Coordination and Technical Assistance for the production units’ concession. This Unit, a body of the Ministry for Agriculture and Fisheries, is responsible for the organization and direction and control of all the processes dealing with citizen’s involvement in the management of production units.
