This Act provides for town and country planning at various levels of administration.The Act provides for the establishment of a National Physical Planning Council and of a State Planning Committee which shall promote, regulate, control and advise on, the use and development of all lands in the State. The Council may form time to time establish a regional planning committee.The State Director shall make a development plan based on the review of existing developments in the State.

La presente Ley establece normas relacionadas con el Subsidio Familiar para Vivienda de Interés Social, que adjudique el Instituto Nacional para Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana (INURBE), que se otorgarán entre los postulantes para el plan que se esté adjudicando, con sujeción a los principios de economía, celeridad, eficacia, imparcialidad y publicidad.

These Regulations, consisting of 15 sections divided into four Parts and completed by one Schedule, regulates administrative and legal proceedings related to the certification of land title. Where an application is made for a certificate of title for the whole or part of the land the subject of any existing certificate or certificates of title the Registrar may, if the Registrar thinks fit, instead of creating the certificate of title so applied for, create and register a certificate of title for each lot or location or for any number of lots or locations included in that land.

This Act, consisting of 132 sections divided into seven Parts and completed by four Schedules, provides for the facilitation of the horizontal and vertical subdivision of land and the disposition of titles thereto in Western Australia. The Act is divided as follows: Part I Preliminar; Part II Strata schemes and survey strata schemes; Part III Variation, termination and conversion of schemes; Part IV Management; Part V Protection of purchasers; Part VI Resolution of disputes; Part VII Miscellaneous..

This Act, consisting of 243 sections divided into fourteen Parts and completed by twenty-eight Schedules, provides for the consolidation of the law relating to the simplification of the title to and the dealing with estates in land in Western Australia. This Act does not apply to the registration of rights over land in respect of minerals, petroleum, geothermal energy or geothermal energy resources; or prevent or otherwise affect the system of registration under other Acts of mining, petroleum or geothermal energy rights in respect of land whether Crown, freehold or leasehold.

These Regulations, consisting of 11 sections, regulates administrative and legal proceedings related to the consolidation of the law on the simplification of the title to and the dealing with estates in land. The Regulations establish that every plan shall be accompanied by a digital electronic record of that plan in a format specified by the Inspector of Plans and Surveys.

The present Law introduces some substantial amendments to the Land Transaction Law 2001 (LGBl. 9/2002). In particular, the Law adds a chapter 2a to article 13 on Acquisition of building land. The afore-mentioned chapter consists of: Sphere of application, objectives (art. 13a); Building land (art. 13b); Legal transactions subject to registration (art. 13c); Terms of use (art. 13d). Furthermore, article 35 on Penalties is reworded and article 35a on References to federal Legislation is added.

This Resolution, consisting of 6 Chapters and 2 Annexes, approving the Regional Scheme for the Territorial Planning of São Vicente island (EROT-SV). It also states that the General Direction for Territorial and Urban Land Use Planning (DGOTDU) will be responsible for promoting the design of the EROT, through a competition for selecting an enterprise or cabinet with technical capacities.

The present Ordinance implements the Building Act of 11 December 2008. In particular, the Ordinance regulates: a) zoning, land use planning; b) legal building requirements; c) building permission and notification procedures; d) data to be collected for building statistics; e) fees. The Law aims at a purposeful, especially thrifty use of land; the promotion of a meaningful and orderly development of the settlement; the protection of cultural heritage, landscapes and natural resources from impairment. The present Law lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Law also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Law. The text consists of 120 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General principles and procedural rules (I); Construction guidelines (II); Penalties, transitional provisions and final provisions (III).

In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Law also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Law.
