La présente loi est relative aux repères de la mensuration cadastrale. L’article 1er établit que tout propriétaire est tenu de supporter sur son fonds les points fixes et les signes de repérage nécessaires à l’établissement et à la conservation des mensurations cadastrales, sous réserve des indemnités auxquelles il peut avoir droit en cas de dommage évident. Le texte comprend 5 articles comme suit: Obligation du propriétaire (1er); Inscription au registre foncier (2); Contestation (3); Instruction (4); Amende (5).

The present Ordinance implements the Cantonal Spatial Information Law of 17 June 2011. In particular, the Ordinance applies to basic geo-data of cantonal and municipal law. The text consists of 21 articles divided in 5 Parts: General provisions (I); Organization and competency (II); Geo-data and geo-services (III); Transfer of geo-data (IV); Final provisions (V).

The present Ordinance implements both the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2007 and the Cantonal Spatial Information Law of 17 June 2011. Moreover, the Ordinance aims at a unified marking, inspection and updating of the official land survey. In particular, the Ordinance lays down the amount of fees to be paid for the access to and use of geo-data information. The purpose of the present Law is to provide authorities both at national and cantonal level, economy, science and the public with spatial information in a sustainable, up to date, quick, simple way. Furthermore, this data shall be of good quality and at adequate costs. The text consists of 43 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Geo-data and geo-data infrastructure (II); Official survey (III); Mapping of land (IV); Cadastre of public ownership restriction (V); Final provisions (VI).

This Regional Law regulates the issues related to formation, protection, keeping, functioning and suppression of protected areas, organization and reservation thereof. It classifies protected areas as follows: (a) natural parks; (b) state nature reserves; (c) nature monuments; (d) dendrological parks and botanical gardens; and (e) healthcare resorts, spas and recreational areas.

La présente loi est relative aux levées topographiques et cadastrales. Notamment, les travaux de la carte et l'établissement du cadastre sont confiés au Service de l'aménagement du territoire. L’article 2 établit que tout propriétaire foncier est tenu de céder le terrain nécessaire à la conservation et à l'utilisation d'un point trigonométrique de cette espèce, ainsi que le droit d'y accéder, et cela soit par aliénation, soit par l'établissement d'une servitude, le tout moyennant indemnité complète. Le texte comprend 9 articles.

La présente ordonnance est relative au financement de la mensuration officielle. Notamment, la Confédération et les cantons assument en commun le financement de la mensuration officielle. Les coûts de la mise à jour de la mensuration officielle sont à la charge de la personne physique ou morale qui en est à l’origine, pour autant que cette personne soit identifiable. Le texte comprend 7 articles et 1 annexe.

Le présent décret met en exécution, entre autres, l’ordonnance fédérale du 18 novembre 1992 sur la mensuration officielle et la loi du 9 novembre 1978 sur les levées topographiques et cadastrales. Notamment, toutes les communes doivent faire établir une mensuration cadastrale de leur territoire conformément aux dispositions légales en la matière. L’article 2 établit que l'Etat avance aux communes les frais d'abornement et de mensuration. Le texte comprend 8 articles.

The Act makes provision for the registration of title in land and related matters. The Act also defines characteristics of various rights in land, sets out the effects of registration if title in land and provides for the acquisition of land by prescription.As for the administration of land registration, there shall be land registry offices and officers for each registration district. The Act also concerns co-proprietorship and partition.

This regional law establishes the modalities of land use planning of urban land based upon coordination of public and private interests and conservation of urban forests and forest parks. Regional administration shall be competent in the field of mapping and modification of urban land boundaries. In the process of projecting of urban land areas shall be taken into consideration recreational use of urban forests and forest parks and increase of forest cover.
