Para cumplir los objetivos establecidos por el artículo 2º del Decreto Ley Nº 2811 de 1974, el presente Decreto tiene por finalidad reglamentar las normas relacionadas con el recurso de aguas en todos sus estados, y comprende los siguientes aspectos: 1) El dominio de las aguas, cauces y riberas, y normas que rigen su aprovechamiento sujeto a prioridades, en orden a asegurar el desarrollo humano, económico y social, con arreglo al interés general de la comunidad.

Belize's National Environmental Action Plan 2015-2020 is a cross-sectoral plan with a mission to ensure that Belize's development is sound through effective environmental management for present and future generations.

These Regulations make provision for the declaration, administration and management of wildlife management areas and the establishment of Community Based Organizations for such administration and management. They also provide for non-consumptive and consumptive utilisation of resources of wildlife management areas, the resolution of disputes and management of conflicts in such areas and define offences.Any village intending to designate an area as a Wildlife Management Area shall first establish a Community Based Organization in the manner prescribed under the Trustees’ Incorporation Act.

La présente loi fixe les conditions de la libre administration des collectivités territoriales (la Commune, le Cercle, la Région).Cette libre administration s’articule autour de l’administration et des finances; du domaine des collectivités territoriales; la responsabilité des collectivités territoriales; la police administrative; la coopération entre les collectivités territoriales.

Le présent arrêté crée la Zone Economique Spéciale de Kigali (KSEZ) et détermine ses limites. KSEZ est établie pour fournir un environnement propice à la promotion des activités agro-industrielles, financières, touristiques et récréatives, de l'industrie des technologies énergétiques vertes, des bâtiments résidentiels ou tout autre type d'activité de développement économique. La carte désignant et décrivant les limites de KSEZ est annexée au présent arrêté.

This Decree sets forth principles and procedures of provision of planting materials, equipment and all mechanical and chemical means necessary for cultivation to the community, municipalities and civil society organizations on a complimentary basis. This Action Plan is a nation-wide sectoral document aiming at helping the Government to maintain and improve the environment, including the marine and ocean area contained within the Exclusive Economic Zone, and to manage the resources contained therein for the collective benefit and enjoyment of present and future generations.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Land Act, 2012, with respect to a variety of matters including administration of public land and private land, conversion of freehold or leasehold tenure, compulsory acquisition, settlement programmes, easements and analogous rights, and evictions from unlawfully occupied public land.The National Land Commission shall keep and maintain a data base of all public land and an inventory of land based natural resources.

This Decree aims at compliance with sanitary and phytosanitary regulations, protection of plant species, efficient use of green areas and prevention of soil degradation. It sets forth principles and procedures of restoration, expansion, creation and improvement of green areas. The Decree shall not apply to green areas in forest lands, private lands, protected areas and in agricultural land.

This Act establishes a legislative framework for — (a) classification of areas as urban areas; (b) governance and management of urban areas; (c) participation by the residents in the governance of urban areas; and (d) other matters for the attainment of these objectives. An area may be classified as an urban area if it satisfies the criteria set out under this Act or any other written law.
