This goal is achieved through: expropriation, if the area has already been assigned to a private owner; or by not assigning such lands to private owners.
The contracting parties propose to develop cooperation in the field of environmental protection and restoration.
The proposed draft partly amends Acts No. 591 and No. 932 with regard to the scope and further consultation of water plannings in certain environmentally protected areas such as watercourses. Fertilization may NOT occur in rural areas in a buffer zone of max.
The Order applies to rural development. The "Common Schedule" is a form used to apply for certain types of agriculture to be carried out in specific land areas. These applications are submitted to the Danish AgriFish Agency in order to obtain partial or full subsidy for these farming activities.

The Act applies to Tøndermarsken area and aims to protect the outer borders and the lower part of watercourse Vidå and establish it as a conservation area of national and international interest. Construction, fishing, hunting and planting of trees and plants are not permitted.
This Decree applies to freshwater stocks which are already serving or will be used in the future for drinking water distribution and for mineral and medical water uses, and to establishments supplying, treating, storing and distributing such waters to at least an average of 50 persons.
The scope of application of this Decree includes the granting of state subsidy for nature conservation purposes and the compensation for the restriction or prohibition of farming and in case the production structure must be significantly changed.
This Decree shall be applied to procedures, legal transactions, legal relations in connection with the utilization of land parcels of the National Land Fund, and to natural persons, legal entities and entities without legal personality taking part in such affairs.
