Showing items 1 through 9 of 55.Within the framework of the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 22 December 2008 (BGBl. I p. 2986), the present Law regulates land use planning in the Saarland. The whole Saarland shall be subject to a sustainable planning policy.
The present Law shall apply to all matters concerning expropriation and consequences of expropriation proceedings in the Canton Luzern.
The present Law lays down provisions relating to land use planning and construction in the Canton of Lucerne. Article 2 establishes that the competent authorities shall take into account principles of the federal legislation.
The present Law applies to land use planning of private and public parties in the whole of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft.
The present Law applies to all expropriations carried out on the domain of the Canton. The expropriation right shall be enforced in the interest of the Canton, or part of it, or of local authorities.
The present Law is applicable to expropriation of general property proceedings and related compensation payments in so far as the federal legislation is not applicable.
The present Law lays down provisions relating to land expropriation in the Canton of Schwyz.
Article 1 of the present Law establishes that the compulsory transfer of property is admitted only if necessary and in the public interest; in such a case a full compensation shall be paid.
The present Law implements the Federal Soil Protection Act of 17 March 1998 (BGBl. I p. 502).
