This Ministerial Decree establishes the purposeful land use, the modalities of the modification thereof and the decision-making in this regard.
Item 4.1 shall acquire a new wording: «By decision of the head of local administration in case of expropriation of land area not exceeding 5 hectares in the cities and not exceeding 25 hectares in rural areas. »
This Ministerial Decree regulates submittal and examination of the applications for the expropriation of land for public needs, assessment of compensation of damage caused thereby to landowners and other land managers.

This Law regulates the modalities of keeping the register of immovable property, including the plots of land. Register of immovable property has as its purpose data collection with a view of granting access to information to the consumers.

The scope of this Law shall be to ensure the rational management of agricultural land, development of land market and land consolidation. This Act shall not be applicable to purchase of land in the gardening associations.
