Item 4.1 shall acquire a new wording: «By decision of the head of local administration in case of expropriation of land area not exceeding 5 hectares in the cities and not exceeding 25 hectares in rural areas. »
This Ministerial Decree regulates submittal and examination of the applications for the expropriation of land for public needs, assessment of compensation of damage caused thereby to landowners and other land managers.

The scope of this Law shall be to ensure the rational management of agricultural land, development of land market and land consolidation. This Act shall not be applicable to purchase of land in the gardening associations.
