Showing items 1 through 9 of 10.The present Ordinance enforces the Law on official survey of 8 November 2005. Article 1 establishes that the Ordinance applies to all issuing of extracts and elaboration of data on official land survey on behalf of competent authorities.
This Law consists of 7 Chapters divided into 56 articles providing for land registration and survey. Chapter I deals with the judge and assistants entrusted to write, record and delimit lands. Chapter II provides for recording operations and temporary definition of lands.
The aims pursued by this Regional Act are the restoration of uncultivated or abandoned lands as well as insufficiently cultivated lands for production purposes and for the conservation of the hydrogeological balance.
This Decree aims at regulating land surveys. The present Decree is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 provides for the establishment of the Survey Department. Article 2 submits the aforementioned Department to the Ministry of Housing.
The present Ordinance enforces the Law on official survey of 8 November 2005. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to detailed enforcement procedures, such as, for example, specific tasks of competent executive authorities.
The Regional Act regulates the reclamation of lands in order to: (a) protect the soil and the hydrogeological balance; (b) encourage the rational use of agricultural surfaces.

This Decree is composed of 3 Parts divided into 12 articles and 3 Annexes.
This Decree consisting of 2 articles applies to all private property areas adjacent to the sea. It allows for the exploitation of the maritime public domain on condition that the government approves the nature of the proposed project and area sought for exploitation.
