An Ordinance to Make Provision Relating to the Tenure of Land by Non-Natives in the Protectorate
This Act stipulates that the whole of the Fingo Location shall re-vest in the Governor on 1st August 1940 and shall be deemed to be surrendered to the Governor, and every right, title or interest in any such original holding shall be extinguished (sect. 3).
