Showing items 1 through 3 of 3.This Act makes provision for the administration of estates of persons dying outside Uganda in a State listed in the Schedule to this Act and leaving property within Uganda.
This Act stipulates that the whole of the Fingo Location shall re-vest in the Governor on 1st August 1940 and shall be deemed to be surrendered to the Governor, and every right, title or interest in any such original holding shall be extinguished (sect. 3).
