Chapter 191. Land Registration Act 1981.
The present Regulation enforces the Law on Assignment and Reclamation of Lands in the Islamic Republic of Iran’. In particular, all lands in possession of the government and natural resources land is transferable except for grasslands, forests, national parks and lands of nomad’s migration.
The President promulgated the constitution after being approved by the National Assembly.
The constitution was ratified by 67% of voters.

The constitution was drafted by Constitutional Planning Committee and finalised by a constitutional conference. It was ratified by the British and French governments.
